Sofa Flow: A Chair Flow & Sound Healing Experience

Sofa Flow: A Chair Flow & Sound Healing Experience in Middlewich

On May 17th, I’ll be bringing together two powerful elements of my work into one extended, deeply restorative session at The Wych Centre in Middlewich.

This is something I’ve been wanting to create for a long time—a space where movement and stillness meet, where the body can gently release and the nervous system can fully settle.

What is Sofa Flow?

Sofa Flow is an evolution of Chair Flow.

We begin with gentle, guided movements to ease tension, improve mobility, and bring awareness back into the body. There is no forcing, no pushing—just simple, supported movement at your own pace.

From there, you’ll be invited to fully rest. Sofas will be arranged in a circle, allowing everyone to settle into a comfortable position while being held in a shared, calm environment.

At the centre, you’ll be guided through a sound healing experience using singing bowls and soft instruments. The sound works as a gentle anchor for the mind, helping you drift into a deeper state of relaxation without effort.

Why combine movement and sound?

Many people try to relax while their body is still holding tension. By introducing gentle movement first, the body becomes more receptive.

This allows the sound healing to go deeper—not just as a relaxing experience, but as a way to support the nervous system in shifting out of stress and into a more regulated state.

In simple terms:

we prepare the body, then we allow it to rest.

Who is this for?

This session is open to everyone.

Whether you already attend Chair Flow or you’re completely new, you’re welcome.

You don’t need flexibility, experience, or any level of fitness. You just need to show up.
